     Fine Arts Camp
June 28th - July 2

Our Fine Arts Camp includes classes for
piano, guitar, art and Spanish. 

Join us for one, two, three or even four of the above classes. Plan for what best fits your schedule! Class times are:

Blast into Piano 2:00 or 5:00
Rock into Guitar 2:00 or 5:00

Leap into Art 3:00 or 4:00
Dive into Spanish 3:00 or 4:00

Classes meet 55 minutes every day for the week.  The cost is $70 a week for the first class, with a $133 (5% discount) for two classes, $189 (10% discount) for three classes and $238 (15% discount) for all four classes. (Students attending all four classes should bring a snack.)

The week will conclude with presentations, concerts and an Art Exhibit.

Blast into Piano (ages 5 & up): Is your child curious about piano? This camp introduces students to rhythm and keyboard geography using a fun group setting. A mini-recital concludes the week. (Keyboard’s are available to borrow for the week.)
Time: 2:00 or 5:00

Rock into Guitar (3rd & up): Guitar Hero and Rock Band are cool, but there's nothing like the real thing. Give your child a chance to experience guitar this summer. This camp will introduce students to guitar notes and chords. A mini-concert concludes the week. (Guitars will be provided or students may bring their own.)
Time: 2:00 or 5:00

Dive into Spanish (1st & up): Can you say Zebra in Spanish? Using games and music, this camp introduces students to this important language. Students will count, name colors and develop a beginning understanding of the language. The week concludes with a presentation for parents.

Leap into Art (1st & up): Express Yourself - Students will explore at least 5 different artists, discover new techniques, and find their fun, creative side in expressionism. Camp will conclude with an art exhibit. Please add an additional $7 supply fee.

This year's play is:
"The Reluctant Dragon"

In this camp, students will show their creativity as they develop and perform a play using improvisational skills and character development.
Students will study:

• Acting
• Voice
• Stage presence

The week will also include opportunities for students to:

• Script development
• Create stage props
• Set design
• Present their play at the end of the week for an audience
